• Multi-Sport Structure (basketball and netball court) at JBP (completed)
• Mosaics on exterior of amenity block at Kingston Place (completed)
• Upgrade interior of amenity block at Kingston Place
• Upgrade exterior of amenity block at Jack Buckley Park
• Beach amenities at Barlings Beach, below Melville Point lookout
• Completion of the shared path to The Moorings/IGA by ESC (refer TCA Submission to ESC Pathways Strategy 2026)
• Improved Traffic and pedestrian safety concerns along Sunpatch Parade
• Improved environmental management of our public spaces
• Enhance Tomakin entrances with new signs & gardens
• The production of the Tomakin Calendars
• TCA Community Day event in Jack Buckley Park each November
• Development of TCA Strategic and Operational plans
• Continue to maintain focus on the Tomaga River Estuary
• Review of safety street lighting in conjunction with ESC
• Following up submission to ESC to improve beach access for all abilities and 4 other key improvements requested over the next 5 years
