The Tomakin Community Association is holding their Community Day at Jack Buckley Park in Sunpatch Pde on Sunday November 23, from 12pm to 4pm. Please read on to find out about the details of our MONSTER RAFFLE (with almost $7,000 of prizes!) and how you can buy tickets early, our wonderful sponsors, and the fantastic attractions coming to the day!!
We wish to acknowledge all those businesses who have so generously donated to our Monster Raffle with almost $7000 in prizes up for grabs. The list of prizes is below and we hope you will give your support to these wonderful local businesses that have supported our raffle in the future.
If you would like to buy tickets, they will be on sale at the TCA Stall at the Community Day!!
The raffle will be drawn at around 3:30pm at the Community Day.
We would also like to thank our major sponsors Climate Control Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and The Tomakin IGA – You Can’t Beat Local, whose donations have made it possible to have two jumping castles this year!!
There will be a many, many attractions on the day and something for all ages!!
We’ve got live music from a range of local musicians, yoga demonstrations, pickleball and basketball action, jumping castles for young and old, facepainting, the RFS, soccer shootouts, youth van activities, and book readings from Sandy Dobson and a local children’s author.
There will be marquees from local groups like the Batemans Bay Mountain Bike Club, Eurobodalla Photographic Club, Tomakin Fishing Club, Tennis Club and Bowls. Along with WIRES, the Animal Welfare League NSW – Eurobodalla Branch, and the RSPCA and of course the TCA.
Bring cash for all the home made goods being sold at many stalls, hair braiding, Christmas gift shopping and delicious food vans such as a sausage sizzle, pies, donuts, coffee, cookings, Asian snacks and icecreams.
If you are planning to attend, we advise that parking is very limited and to avoid traffic congestion, it may be wise to walk. We also remind you that Jack Buckley Park is a dog free area and we kindly request that you leave your beloved pets at home.
